What Is Futuro Academy? 

Futuro Academy is NEXO’s year-round soccer development program for players ages 7–18. Every session is built around the fundamentals of the modern game: first touch, passing, ball control, awareness, and finishing. 

Players train both on the field and in VR, combining small-sided games with simulation reps trusted by the world’s top clubs. The result? Smarter players with stronger technique and the ability to read the game quicker. 

How It Works 

  • 1 Hour Training Sessions 

    • 30 minutes of Rezzil VR — scanning, vision, passing accuracy, decision speed 
    • 30 minutes of 5v5 on-field play — applying technique under pressure 

  • Game-Focused Development 

    Every session mirrors real match situations, giving players the confidence to translate training to the pitch.

  • Progress Tracking 

    Players and parents receive data, reports, and clear milestones to measure growth.
